DA-Group participated in a co-creation workshop organised by HAMK to develop new, work-life-oriented education models. CEO Sami Kotiniemi contributed insights on future skills and competence needs.
DA-Group took part in a co-creation workshop organised by Häme University of Applied Sciences HAMK . The event brought together key regional stakeholders to explore new approaches to education that are more closely aligned with working life.
The aim of the workshop was to strengthen collaboration between education, industry and public sector actors, and to ensure that education responds to the evolving needs of the labour market.
Sami Kotiniemi, CEO of DA-Group, participated in the workshop and contributed an industry perspective on future skills and competence needs. In addition to leading DA-Group, Kotiniemi serves on the Board of HAMK and as Chair of the Häme Chamber of Commerce.
“It is important that education is developed in close collaboration with industry. This helps ensure that skills match real-world needs and support both business growth and regional development,” says Kotiniemi.
For DA-Group, participating in co-creation initiatives is a natural part of its role as a high-technology company. The company sees strong collaboration between education and industry as a key factor in developing future skills and strengthening regional vitality.
